                Re-Fire

                Re-Fire believes that hydrogen is an ideal solution for clean and sustainable energy, and the zero emission fuel cell vehicles (FCV) will positively change the way of we move. Founded in 2014, Re-Fire is a leading supplier of fuel cell systems and fuel cell vehicle powertrain engineering. By April 2019, Re-fire has completed over 40 FCV prototypes with more than 40 vehicle OEMs partners, such as FAW, Dongfeng, Yutong, and Zhongtong. At present, 50 percent of all operating FCVs in China are equipped with Re-Fire fuel cell systems.

                Re-Fire currently employs about 400 people, of which 40% hold Master or PhD degree. The core R&D members have 10 to 18 years of experience on fuel cell system development and FCV powertrain engineering. Relying on an extensive portfolio of patents, standardized development process, total quality management, and advanced engineering and trial- production capability, Re-Fire pursues a competitive and sustainable growth.

                While product engineering, validation and prototyping are centered in Shanghai, mass production takes place in Re-Fire factories, including a large-scale?fuel cell engine manufacturing center in Yunfu, Guangdong province, with an annual production capacity of 5,000 units, expandable to 20,000 units yearly. Dedicated Re-Fire after-sales service centers and telematics big data platform are in-place 24/7 to remotely track the real-time operations of the vehicles and to provide preventative maintenance services to customers.

                Re-Fire is committed to the commercialization of hydrogen and fuel cell applications through innovation, engineering excellence, and collaboration. The Company has joined force with top universities, such as Tongji University, Beijing Institute of Technology, and other international institutes to implement joint research programs. Re-Fire was the first company chosen for the Fuel Cell Industry Whitelist by the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM). Meanwhile, Re-Fire is the Chair Unit of the Fuel Cell Association affiliated to China Power Battery Industry Innovation Alliance under the guidance of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT). The Company is also a member of the Hydrogen Council.
